Our HVAC Manufacturer client is looking for a Technical Service Rep to support their Project Management and Sales Team based out of Ottawa.  The incumbent will be responsible for providing excellent technical support, utilizing exceptional customer service and communications skills. 
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical environment. Technician’s diploma an
asset
- Technical experience in HVAC, controls and building Management systems 
- the ability to remain calm and professional in high stress / emotional customer calls
- exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Suite, SAP, SharePoint)
- French is an asset
