Inside Sales Coordinator

As a key member of the inside sales team, you will be required to coordinate and process sales orders, provide technical knowledge and detailed product specifications to meet customer needs. This position will focus on supporting the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) division.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service through professional and expeditious communication on the phone and via email.
  • Ensuring Consistent and proactive follow-up.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers as orders are processed, produced and shipped to the correct destination, on time and in-spec.
  • Working with all internal stakeholders to ensure there are no delays in the sales process.
Skills & Experience
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Administration, Construction Engineering technology or related field.
  • Good understanding of the Construction or Manufacturing industry.
  • exceptional Customer Service skills and attention to details.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple requests and orders, and delivery timelines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office.
