Customer Service Rep

As a customer service representative, we will train you to be an expert in your field so you can confidently deliver an amazing customer experience managing purchase orders, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing information in response to concerns and requests. You will have the opportunity to learn many facets of the business including the product lines, product installation, the order fulfilment process along with building customer rapport and a rapport with our internal team and suppliers.

Responsibilities
 • Development of a solid understanding of the company's internal processes along with a wellrounded knowledge of all products and services offered
• Create a positive experience in every interaction through exceptional communication skills, taking ownership of the interaction and speed of service
• Take a consultative approach with customers who are experiencing problems by owning the issue and resolution
• Handle inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers and the general public
• All aspects of order processing and customer communications
• Assist with the company’s social media efforts

Qualifications:
• Patient, customer focused and friendly, outgoing in nature
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal • Demonstrated ability to positively influence customers
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft products, order entry systems, and CRMs
• Ability to make sound decisions to obtain desired results
• Team focused with the ability to work well with others
• Attention to detail with accuracy including but not limited to order entry, invoicing, etc
