Administrative Assistant

Our client, a dynamic and growing Mechanical Contractor, has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant.  You will be tasked with providing administrative support to our Operations and Management Teams.

  • Operate a multi-line VoIP telephone system
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure team members are kept on track
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposals
  • Manage databases and key tracking documents
  • Maintain the company’s documentation and e-filing system
  • Plan and coordinate client and team engagement events
  • Manage and procure all general office and social room supplies
  • Participate in regular training seminars and team meetings
  • 1- 3 years of experience in a business support role – i.e. reception, administrative assistant, etc.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of QuickBooks will be considered an asset
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment
  • Solid commitment to client-focused service
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and evolving prioritie
