Senior Customer Care Coordinator - High Rise

Compensation:  $ 70,000 to $ 80,000 per annum.

Be part of a growing team!  Our client has an immediate opening for a Customer Care Coordinator that will take the lead performing QA and PDI assessments and inspections of finishes in newly constructed Suites, ensuring that all homeowner concerns are addressed and coordinating closing dates and PDI schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Site Office lead
  • Preparing all suite owner files, documentation and office information.
  • Setting up all office furniture, supplies, etc.
  • Assisting with new home buyer packages, information sessions and materials
  • Conducting QA/QC inspections
  • Coordinating deficiencies resolution with trades
  • Fielding, documenting, and researching homeowner telephone calls/emails and responding to homeowner concerns and inquiries
  • Keeping homeowners informed on the status of their deficiencies by completing ongoing Touchpoints at designated times (15 day follow up, 30 day follow up, year end follow up)
  • Contact between the homeowner and all departments, providing follow-ups and advising of outcome.
  • Work closely with the Construction Department to resolve any suite owner issues
  • Provide homeowners with an escalated avenue for complain resolution, ensuring appropriate managers are aware of concern or trends
  • Prepare and distribute educational materials to homeowners, including Homeowner Information Sheets, Tarion guidelines etc.
  • Maintain all warranty service request in the Newstar system (coordinate all documentation of lists including signoffs and updating in the computer system.
  • Maintain and update all spreadsheets and data as required
  • Monitor the Tarion Portal
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role 
  • Knowledge of Tarion (new home warranty act)
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Able to handle problems in a prompt, professional manner
  • Knowledge of Newstar a strong asset
