Technical Sales Rep

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing business through new and existing Customer Projects.  Servicing the Industrial segment, you mainly look after commercial, residential, and institutional projects (stores, malls, residential housing, high rise, low rise, schools, hospitals etc.).   In addition to developing and maintaining relationships with your clients, there is an aspect of project management and administration.  Outstanding earning potential. 
 
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Identifying potential customers/projects and establishing and maintaining relationships
  • Providing solutions and providing pricing to provide the most cost-effective solution for customers
  • Negotiating contracts for a win-win result by leveraging a consultative approach that maximizes value for the customers and their projects
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure that we are always delivering a positive customer experience and that projects are executed professionally
  • Identify issues and collaborate with the relevant departments to deliver on our brand promise
  • Timely documentation of upcoming and existing projects to build a solid pipeline through the company CRM. 
  • Engaging in ongoing market research to stay up to date with trends and understand political, economic, and competitive landscape of your assigned territory
