The Decor Administrator will coordinate and assist purchasers in selecting the colours and finishes of their home.
You will prepare and submit paperwork, and will also ensure that all purchaser extras are paid in full as per the Company's policies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate the selection of Stage 2 interior finishes and colour selection
• Assisting purchasers in choosing design modifications and colours
• Complete paperwork in an accurate manner
• Respond to purchaser inquiries
• Remain current on industry trends, market activity and competitor products
