Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist. Someone that knows the gas utility business. This specialist will take pride in working their industry network and relationships to feed market intelligence to the team, build a a lead funnel and develop new prospects while being the primary internal interface with existing customers.
This newly created role will be responsible for increasing sales and maintaining excellent customer service.
Some other responsibilities include:
- coordinating with other departments (factories, logistics, and outside sales)
- providing information to our customer base of a technical or commercial nature, or connecting the right company resources to drive higher customer satisfaction
Ideally the candidate will have 5 years minimum related experience; must have excellent knowledge of the Canadian Gas Industry, utility companies, gas market distribution and the Canadian Gas code.
