Venters Recruits is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious candidate who is driven to succeed. Our client is a sales and consulting agency in the heating industry, specializing in high efficient products.  They have been highly active in the marketing of HVAC and hydronic solutions. They have also participated in energy forums and trade shows; as well as heating technology seminars and conferences

As a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative your responsibilities would include:
  • Identify and contact new sales prospects, along with any other accounts assigned
  • Pursue sales leads and referral opportunities
  • Preparing proposals and estimates
  • Identify and resolve client concerns professionally
  • Work with internal staff to deliver on client promises
  • Maintain all client and sales funnel information
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, Hyrdonics, Boilers or Chillers
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Work successfully independently and as part of a team
